I came to see Dr Khan just over a week ago, he was extremely helpful & thorough when I went in but my appointment was 30/45 mins late (which the doctor apologised for) this isn't helpful as I have to pay for parking as there's never any space in the surgery car park & have to put 2 hours instead of 1 due to regularly being seen late which costs me double. I feel it would be helpful to be informed check in if your GP is running late & how many patients by without having to go up & ask the receptionists. If I turned up that late for my appointment I wouldn't be seen.

1) Lack of understanding and not committed to explain why? or if its part of long term illness, even though I have never been told what I have had to find out by others. 2) Never seems to have enough time, so I can fully explain the symptoms, 3) More interested in blood pressure even though it controlled well, and I check regular If there was a problem I can tell you before you can tell me. 4) All very nice never rude but seems I'm wasting my time and feeling what's the point. 5) All my Meds seems to suit me well, and have very little problems which I sort out myself, 6) Never asked or had a review on my Meds over the past 3 years? 7) Apart from just a small amount of problems you are all doing well under the daily stress, 8) A small suggestion that could help, Stop taken on more clients and give more time and listen to people I know this is hard to do, just think about it.

Surgery is not 'not clean' but would benefit from modernization of offices, waiting rooms, pain, etc. when asking an appointment at desk for Ultra Sound, I was told they could not do it and I had to call - although I was there. Messages from secretaries do not seem available to receptionist when calling. some receptionist not very friendly or professional.

Getting an appointment with your choice of GP can sometimes be difficult for chronic illnesses and requires booking several weeks in advance. if you have an acute issue and need urgent care you can virtually always get an immediate appointment but it is not likely to be with your own GP. I can't speak for all the GPs, but the one I see most often is excellent and very up-to-date with her knowledge and is caring and compassionate.

This is a great practice. We are very lucky to be looked after by such excellent doctors and other staff. It is sometimes difficult to get a non-urgent appointment in a reasonable time with our own doctors but have always been able to get a same-day appointment in an emergency. Having on-line repeat prescriptions is most useful and the presence of the in-house pharmacy is a great benefit. The head pharmacist has always been extremely helpful
